This month's nomination comes from Richard:

On the 1st May, 2008, Will passed his Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Assessment of Professional competence. In layman's terms this means that he has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, gaining MRICS status, an international standard of excellence and integrity. This involved completing seven final submission documents and critical analysis and then enduring a verbal exam. This was an hour and a half facing a panel of three stern assessors who could ask any question within eight selected competencies on commercial prpoperty, going into as much depth as they pleased. Will’s favourite questions were on valuation and on asset and investment management!

He worked from 7 o'clock in the morning until 3 o'clock the next morning for two weeks in the run-up to the exam and has worked harder than ever before with no weekends, evenings or 'life' since January.

Having spent three years dealing in commercial property in the West End of London, Will has completed over forty deals and plans to double this by 2010. He is now planning an extremely well-deserved holiday and looking forward to catching up with friends, some of whom he hasn’t seen since last year.
