Through my eyes, Nick Habershon is Hab of the month.
Nick has been an absolute super hero despite undergoing terrifying eye surgery within the last week,
having 20 different drops put in his eye each day and spending many hours in Moorfields Eye Hospital.
Without complaining, one eye patched up and still healing, the most incredible cooking took place this
afternoon in Elderfield Place. Upon my arrival after a hard day's work, I was faced with mince pies
galore, apple and blackberry tart AND layers of custard . . . even the neighbours were lined up. Santa
and his reindeers won't just be the only ones who'll have to watch their tummies expand this year!! Well
done Nick for your incredible baking efforts all while with a sore eye.
