Welcome!
Congratulations! You have found the Habershons.com family website, started in December 2001. All Habershons and non-Habershons are welcome to wander around. Stick a pin in the Guest Map; leave a message in the Message Book; and if you're a Habershon, please let us know you were here so we can list you in our Branch Office. And if you are looking for stuff on Bikram Yoga or Mini Coopers, click on the pictures in the left-hand column.
We also encourage you to register. This takes less than a minute and will allow you to view and leave comments, chat in the chat box at left, and look at the photograph albums. And if you're logged in you'll never see this annoying message again.
Thank you for coming by!

" . . . she has worked very hard for her passport and deserves every page of it . . . "
NOVEMBER 2006 HONORARY HABERSHON OF THE MONTH!
Congratulations, Candice!

Nominated by David, seconded by the Habershons.com webmistress, and cleared by
Ed, it is with great excitement that Habershons.com announces the Honorary Habershon of the Month!
So Habs, Brits, commenters, lurkers, whatever you are . . . please raise your
glasses and drink a toast to Ed's girlfriend, Candice,
who has finally secured British Citizenship.
Candice's story of her path to citizenship was published
in the October 22nd Sunday Times. In case you no longer have your copies you can read the article
right here.
She's in fact
working for The Sun now, and there may be another story coming up in that newspaper. A link will be provided
as soon as it appears.
Ed, who attended the ceremony, had the following to
say: . . . I was very proud to see Candice
become One Of Us, she has worked very hard for her passport and deserves every page of it. It was an amazing
experience attending the ceremony, a true snapshot of multicultural Britain, as well as traditional England,
right down to the faded portrait of the Queen and the free cups of tea at the back of the assembly hall.
Jolly good show, Candice!
The photograph of Candice flying a kite at West Wittering last Easter was supplied by David.
Send
in your nominations for the December 2006 Habershon of the Month!
