Welcome!
Congratulations! You have found the Habershons.com family website, started in December 2001. All Habershons and non-Habershons are welcome to wander around. Stick a pin in the Guest Map; leave a message in the Message Book; and if you're a Habershon, please let us know you were here so we can list you in our Branch Office. And if you are looking for stuff on Bikram Yoga or Mini Coopers, click on the pictures in the left-hand column.
We also encourage you to register. This takes less than a minute and will allow you to view and leave comments, chat in the chat box at left, and look at the photograph albums. And if you're logged in you'll never see this annoying message again.
Thank you for coming by!

DAVID HABERSHON
MARCH 2003
HABERSHON OF THE MONTH

Our March Habershon of the Month is David
- nominated by Paul:
I am nominating David for March,
for his drive and efficiency in organising all the consequences of
9/11 (British order of numbers - I've just realised the coincidence),
including funeral arrangements, house clearance, house sale and
general estate matters, especially as he did not retire after all.
And I agree wholeheartedly. David seems to have been on the
go ever since Dad had his heart attack nearly a year ago. I'm
not saying that Paul and Ricky aren't
organized, but David seems to be the best person to have around in a
crisis. He takes charge, orders everyone around, and things get
done. While everything was going on last year he was at the same
time interviewing for jobs and trying to plan the rest of his
post-Navy life. I always think of him when I listen to one of my
favourite songs (Piano Man by Billy Joel):
. . . and he's talking
with Davy who's still in the navy
And probably will be for life
It seems to be coming true!
As for the picture. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to put it on
the internet, but will leave it there until someone tells me to take
it down. It was taken on the Britannia
during Andrew and Sarah's honeymoon in 1986. David is in the
middle row, fourth from the left. Can it stay? Please
please?
